One of our most exciting projects is Dunord Vitícola, founded by Joan Gutierrez.

Our vacation in Alicante led us to discover the wines of Gutiérrez de la Vega, whilst dining at Restaurante L'Escaleta, in Cocentaina.

We are now hearing about wines that are “fermented in concrete tanks” or “aged in amphorae” or, my favourite “aged in the concrete egg”.
