PURA GULA GOURMET WINE TASTING
Approximately every two weeks, Pura Gula Gourmet hosts a unique wine tasting experience, presented by a wine expert. On Friday 8th November, our very own Iván will present the first tasting of the month:
ALTERNATIVE AGEING METHODS
Contain your excitement, but did you know that ageing wine isn’t just limited to oak barrels?
There are a variety of vessels used for this process, including amphorae, stainless steel, concrete eggs, plastic tanks, and various other types of wood barrels.

The tasting includes 3 wines, each with a unique ageing concept, accompanied by artisan snacks.

MANACOR - NOVEMBER WINE SERIES
Manacor is proud to present its annual 'Enological November', a collection of events dedicated to wine culture, held at IES Manacor. This initiative aims to enhance the community's appreciation of regional wines while offering guided wine tasting experiences.

On the 7th and 8th November, oenologist Carmina Sender will lead an event entitled "Introduction to Tasting New Wines."
Subsequently, on the 13th and 14th November, there will be a session on "Wine Pairing with Menorcan Cheese and Mallorcan Sobrassada."
The series will then conclude with "Identifying Wines Made in Mallorca" on the 20th and 21st November.
Through these three series, participants will also learn about the latest wines of the season, explore their compatibility with local dishes, and develop the ability to recognise the distinctive qualities of Mallorcan wines, all under the expert guidance of industry professionals.
PRICE: Each session is priced at €20, and spots are limited.

RAÏM WINE FEST COMES TO PALMA
The well-known Raïm Wine Fest, held in different towns at different times of the year, is coming to Palma on Saturday, November 16th.
Numerous wineries will be taking part: Can Xanet, Karretània, Castell Miquel, Binigrau, José L Ferrer, Macia Batle, Mortitx, Bodegas Angel, Grau Gran, Ses Rotes, Dalt Turó, Blanca Terra, Son Alegre, Ca'n Verdura, 7103 Petit Celler, Sta Catarina, Oloron, Finca Binibona, Tianna Negre, Sebastià Pastor, Can Vidalet, Bodega Ava Vi, Mesquida Mora, Ses Roques Vins Ripoll, Sa Cabana, Son Juliana, Son Vich de Superna, Bodega Can Morgan, Ses Talaioles, Can Axartell, Bodega 65, Jaume de Puntiró, Son Puig, Caseta Vella, Son Prim and Vinum Pro Nobis!
Furthermore, the event will feature live performances by Pitxorines, Wine DJs, Cacao, Avalanx, Chitowsky, and Aina Losange.
Food trucks and activities for children will also enhance the experience.

BEAUJOLAIS NOUVEAU AT MUSE-PALMA
Get ready to uncork some fun on Thursday 21st November, to toast the arrival of this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau!
This is a fantastic opportunity to taste new vintage wines paired with delicious snacks, while mingling with people in a great setting.

VI NOVELL - THE MALLORCAN WAY
What can you expect to discover at Vi Novell in Santa Maria del Camí, a town that values and preserves its heritage and history?
Local residents and wineries will adorn the town with pine branches, celebrating the arrival of the new wine vintage.
On Friday, November 29th, the wineries will unveil their new wines to the community during a symbolic ceremony.
On Saturday morning, the 30th, the wineries will welcome visitors eager to explore their offerings.
Later that evening, starting at 6 PM on the 30th, there will be a vibrant celebration filled with music, delicious food, and wine, marking the opening of the barrels and the arrival of the new vintage.
