The Mas Xarot Brut Gran Reserva is the youngest Cava in the Mas Xarot family.
It is a fresh, aromatic, and fruity Cava that is also inviting and easy to drink. The typical grape varieties of the region, with the predominance of Xarel-lo, make this a classic yet cosmopolitan Cava.
Appearance: A stunning golden straw colour, highlighted by small, persistent bubbles and a beautiful crown formation.
Nose: The nose reveals fruity aromas of short ageing, with a subtle base of lactic yeast that adds complexity and richness.
Palate: On the palate, this Cava is fresh, pleasant, and full-bodied, offering a delightful balance of flavours. The well-integrated carbonation provides a smooth mouthfeel, while the wine’s prolonged aftertaste leaves a lasting, satisfying impression.
The Mas Xarot Enoteca Gran Reserva Cava has been in the cellar since February 2014 with a minimum of 72 months of ageing. Disgorging and finishing are done completely manually.
Appearance: A brilliant golden-yellow colour, with a fine and persistent bubble that leads to a beautiful crown formation, highlighting the wine's elegance and finesse.
Nose: Intense aromas of ageing, with hints of pastry, toasting, and a touch of nuttiness. The complexity is remarkable, reflecting the long period it spent ageing on the lees.
Palate: On the palate, this Cava is dry and refined, with a smooth, integrated carbonation that adds to its overall elegance. The ageing notes are beautifully woven throughout, creating a delicious, multi-layered experience that evolves with each sip. The finish is long, leaving a lasting impression of sophisticated depth.
The Mas Xarot Pinot Noir Rosat has been aged for 15 months so it is classed as a Reserva.
This is a round, easy-drinking, and aromatic Cava with a good bubble structure (small and constant).

Nose: On the nose, this Cava offers fruity aromas reminiscent of forest fruits, such as berries and cherries, creating an inviting and fresh profile.
