Made without any expedition liqueur, this dry Cava uses only the musts from the first press and is aged for over six years, resulting in a complex, balanced wine that highlights its subtle ageing notes.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: A radiant golden straw colour with a fine, persistent bubble that enhances the wine’s elegant presentation.
Nose: Complex and intense, with aromas of roasted white fruits, nuts, aromatic herbs, and a refined note of reduction. These layers are woven together, offering a sensory experience that evolves with each sniff.
