Talvin Blanco, from Ses Talaioles, is characterised by delicate aromas of pear, melon and honeysuckle flowers with hints of lime and fennel seeds. it is a refreshing and mineral white wine.
The vines are gently treated with natural products and the soil is carefully cultivated to promote biodiversity, and to ensure the resistance and health of the vines.
The harvested grapes are kept in cold chambers for up to 12 hours to preserve the aromas and avoid oxidation during destemming.
The grapes are manually selected before destemming and crushing, and then they are immediately pressed in the basket press.
The grape juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14 -16°C. Afterwards, the wine is stored at a cool temperature. This wine is aged on its lees for 6 months. Filtration of the wine occurs shortly before bottling.
