Talvin Rosado, from Ses Talaioles, is a lively and light-hearted rosé wine that is ideal as a spring or summer aperitif.
The vines are gently treated with natural products, and the soil is carefully cultivated to promote biodiversity, and ensure the resistance and health of the vines.
The harvested grapes are kept in cold chambers for up to 12 hours to preserve the aromas and avoid oxidation during destemming.
The grapes are manually selected before destemming and crushing. They are then immediately pressed in the basket press.
The grape juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14 -16°C. Afterwards, the wine is stored at a cool temperature. Filtration of the wine occurs shortly before bottling. This wine has been aged on its lees for 6 months.
Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:
- Colour: Pale salmon.
- Aroma: Aromas of ripe pears, fresh raspberry, with notes of spicy ginger.
- Palate: On the palate, it is elegant, creamy and spicy. It has complexity and nuances reminiscent of red fruits and kumquats.
- Pairing: It is best to enjoy on its own or as an accompaniment to fresh seafood and Asian-influenced dishes.
